Fiscal Supervisor

We are looking for a professional with experience in people management and in the fiscal area with direct and indirect taxes.

Activities:

• Supervision of all tax and fiscal matters (calculation, accessory obligations, tax certificates, real estate documentation, Central Bank, import and export operations, etc.);
• Monitor tax legislation, support management in matters pertinent to their area, follow tax studies, attend municipal, state, and federal tax inspections;
• Act as a focal point in external inspections and audits. Having an interface with local tax consultants (including tax litigation);
• Coordinate and review activities related to the calculation and payment of municipal, state, and federal taxes (withholding taxes, PIS, COFINS), as well as the reconciliation of taxes to be paid and recovered;
• Ensure the delivery of accessory obligations;
• Support the team's formation and career development;
• Strategic execution in tax litigation, with active participation with external law firms and consultancies;
• Coordination of fiscal risks and tax liabilities;
• Preventive advisory, Tax Planning, Refund and compensation of improperly collected taxes;
• Asset Protection (participation in the incorporation process and representation of the company in acquisition, merger, and spin-off actions).

Requirements:

• Completed graduation;
• Advanced English for conversation;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Itatiba, SP region;
• Experience in indirect and direct taxes, litigation, law firm management, principal and accessory obligations, tax inspection and audit, as well as tax process management and people management.
