Supervisor of unloading and restocking

We are looking for a supervisor for unloading and restocking to work in stores in the Community of Madrid. The main functions include supervising the unloading and subsequent sorting of merchandise in the assigned area, ensuring that the teams complete their tasks. You will also be responsible for resolving incidents, informing the project manager, and monitoring attendance and quality of service. In the absence of the team leader, you will temporarily assume their duties and ensure compliance with continuous improvement processes. For this position, it is essential to have your own vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed) and availability from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in addition to two hours in the morning for daily meetings with project managers. Experience in textile logistics, knowledge of continuous improvement, leadership training, and a medium level of Office skills are particularly valued. We offer a permanent contract of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extending the jornada until the work is completed (hours paid and contributed to Social Security).
