Supervisor/a Delivery - Morning/Afternoon - Telde

We are looking for a Supervisor/a Delivery to join our team at Makro Telde. Below, we will tell you all the details about the role.

Your misión; you will collaborate with the Head of Service Delivery to the Hostelry to ensure maximum satisfaction of the customer in the area, and provide the best quality of service, taking into account the productivity/revenue of the process of preparation of orders and the optimization of logistics routes.

Your main functions:

• You will collaborate in the coordination of transportation operations for all sales channels: delivery service to hostelry, scheduled deliveries to customers and web orders.
• You will keep track of orders and supervise the billing once they are completed.
• You will collaborate in the analysis, organization and modification of delivery routes, tracking hours of departure for trucks as well as delivery times to customers
• You will review daily with the Head of Service Delivery to the Hostelry the operations of loading trucks, checking: functionality, profitability of shipments and routes, cleanliness of trucks, correct functioning of refrigeration equipment, company image, warning transporters of non-compliance and reporting incidents that are not corrected.
• You will coordinate your team, promoting a culture of excellence so that each member meets their objectives and responsibilities.

At an organizational level:

• Reports to the Head of Service Delivery to the Hostelry.
• You will be responsible for a team of between 4 and 10 people.
