Loss Prevention Supervisor - Itaboraí/RJ

Responsibilities and duties

As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will:

• In-store visits: responsible for conducting in-person audits of routines and processes in a specific group of stores, making the necessary corrections and adjustments to ensure control and reduction of losses and breakage in the locations, according to pre-established goals.
• Handling critical indicators: responsible for monitoring, through an indicator dashboard and images, information related to store losses and breakage, identifying possible deviations and acting proactively to correct them.
• Investigation of fraud and deviations: responsible for investigating fraud, procedural breaches, and merchandise deviations in stores through the whistleblowing channel, in-store visits, and analysis of the indicator dashboard.
• Inventory monitoring: Responsible for monitoring the organization and preparation of stores for inventory taking, diagnosing the results, and developing an action plan with the stores to improve these results.
• Results monitoring: responsible for holding weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly meetings to update and present results, discuss strategies, and train the prevention team and store associates on preventive procedures.
• Incident response: responsible for identifying and implementing actions to mitigate and reduce the occurrence of incidents in certain locations, as well as providing the necessary support to the store after an incident, ensuring the proper execution of the post-incident procedure and preventing possible recurrences.

Requirements and qualifications

You must have the following requirements:

• Completed higher education;
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite – Intermediate/advanced;
• Analytical and strategic skills;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Results-oriented profile;
• Sense of urgency;
• Availability for travel.

It will be a differential if you have:

• Previous knowledge in Loss Prevention;
• Experience with Looker or Power BI;
• Knowledge of CCTV systems;
• Experience with SAP.

Work Location:

• Availability to work in Itaboraí/RJ or Cabo Frio/RJ.
