Support and direction to team, ensuring precision and efficiency in booking various services.
Manage priorities, deadlines, and group formation, coordinating team and maintaining active communication with other departments.
Analyze and improve processes, systems, and workflow.
Lead, train, and develop the team.
Supervise service attendance, resolution of changes, cancellations, and special demands.
Maintain relationship with suppliers, negotiating rates and conditions.
Monitor indicators, prepare reports, and follow operations and emergencies during travel to destination
