As Supervisor/a de montaje ascensores, you will be responsible for leading a team of assembly technicians in the installation and maintenance of elevators and escalators. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment is installed and functioning properly, and that all safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of assembly technicians in the installation and maintenance of elevators and escalators. • Ensure that all equipment is installed and functioning properly. • Verify that all safety protocols are followed during installation and maintenance activities. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise. • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering). • Minimum 3 years of experience in the assembly and maintenance of elevators and escalators. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
