Manufacturing Supervisor Sr.

Ensure, maintain and continuously improve levels of reference in customer satisfaction, business success and employee satisfaction, ensuring that manufacturing processes defined are planned, executed and optimized effectively.
This position is responsible for setting aligned objectives, ensuring compliance with production requirements, financials, safety and environmental regulations, and promoting continuous improvement in all operations.
Additionally, it is responsible for safeguarding process standardization, preparation for audits and interfunctional coordination to support efficient production performance and long-term operational reliability.

Specific Responsibilities

• Establish clear and measurable (SMART) objectives for personnel under their responsibility, ensuring alignment with TIP priorities and Policy Deployment requirements.
• Plan manufacturing activities adequately to ensure compliance with production volumes, considering customer demand, line capacity and operational restrictions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely delivery of products and quality expectations without defects.
• Ensure adherence to company financial objectives related to production, supporting cost control, budget compliance and resource optimization.
• Optimize quality, efficiency and utilization of production lines by eliminating waste and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Plan, monitor and control key categories of costs, including overtime (OPC), repairs and maintenance, internal defect costs (IDC) and other production expenses.
• Ensure total compliance with Policy Deployment initiatives and contribute to achieving Business Plan objectives.
• Lead the MAKE phase within the product supply chain, ensuring continuous production flow and alignment with upstream and downstream processes.
• Ensure successful internal and external audit approvals through correct documentation, standardization and operational discipline.
• Perform diagnoses and propose updates or improvements for operation team (MAE & EWAK) to maintain their reliability and effectiveness.
• Follow up and coordinate material supply between plants, ensuring timely deliveries and avoiding interruptions.
• Supervise internal and interplant failure closures, ensuring prompt containment, corrective actions and process stabilization.
• Promote and maintain a work environment founded on the principles of continuous improvement, fostering teamwork and discipline.
