WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: Maintenance Supervisor

You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs, as well as improvements to laboratory, production, and distribution equipment at the assigned plants, keeping said equipment in optimal operating condition and appearance.

Your main challenges will be:

• Develop and comply with the maintenance program for the plant, mixers, pumps, mobile, and auxiliary equipment assigned.
• Timely request spare parts and/or third-party services for the development of maintenance programs.
• Follow up on the work performed, acceptance of materials and services in terms of quality, cost, and time.
• Generate progress reports.

Essential Requirements:

• Graduated Professional in Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor of concrete works, housing, or projects.
• Valid driver's license.
