Industrial Installations Supervisor - Goiânia

Responsibilities and assignments Supervise and control the services of central installations, maintenance and technical assistance to clients in bulk; Lead local team, focusing on meeting goals and results; Monitor construction and installation services, maintenance and technical assistance to clients, within requirements, current technical standards and existing standards, aiming at improving quality, lower prices and execution deadlines, in order to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as the company's reputation and growth. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies and other relevant laws; Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, cost reduction and productivity increase; Analyze and interpret data related to performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions; Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination; Participate in the development of new business opportunities and partnerships; Perform other duties as required.
