Supervisor/a - Quality Processes

Responsibilities:

- Lead quality and process improvement projects, from identifying opportunities to implementing effective solutions.

- Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, scope, timeline, and necessary resources.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and design innovative solutions.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project progress and ensure the achievement of expected results.

- Facilitate the training and development of personnel in continuous improvement techniques and quality methodologies.

- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure the strategic alignment of quality projects with organizational objectives.

- Prepare periodic project progress reports and indicators, effectively communicating achieved results and lessons learned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably with a specialization in Quality).

- 1 year of experience in project management roles, preferably with a focus on quality and processes.

- Advanced leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

- Results-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and available resources.

- Monthly salary of 14,000

- Plus 3,000 monthly
