VISUAL SUPERVISOR

What will you do in this position?

• Supervise and ensure correct visual and commercial execution in stores.

• Implement commercial and visual merchandising strategies focused on driving sales and improving the customer experience.

• Perform commercial analysis and KPI interpretation to identify improvement opportunities.

• Constantly visit stores to guarantee compliance with visual standards.

• Train, develop, and coach store teams.

• Actively participate in store and corner openings.

• Resolve operational situations agilely and anticipate potential incidents.

• Collaborate with different areas and profiles to ensure successful execution at each point of sale.
