Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you will support the smooth operation of the store by leading the team and maintaining high standards of service and presentation. During shifts, you will provide active guidance to the team, collaborating with store management on daily operational activities to improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• You will provide excellent service at JD by supporting customers, managing requests, and ensuring team presentation meets brand standards.
• You will support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to promote the full product range, and contributing to correct merchandising.
• You will maintain high visual and operational standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and aligned with JD brand expectations.
• You will support daily operational activities including opening and closing, till operations, and accurate transaction management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in supervisory roles or as a team leader in fast-paced retail or dynamic customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading and supporting the in-store team.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards in service, presentation, and brand operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product knowledge and trend awareness, and the ability to promote JD Group values.

• You can confidently problem-solve and possess strong customer request management skills.
• You have an interest in visual merchandising and product display.

• Remuneration: Level III, CCNL Commercio, Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €27,904.80 - €28,375.76
