Job description
Responsibilities: Oversees the Programming of Shipments and notifies involved Departments or Clients of arrival dates. Negotiates with Local and Foreign Transportation Lines, as well as Insurance Agencies, especially Customs Agencies, and authorizes Payments. Supervises the tracking of Materials in transit and directs Investigations to determine the cause of damages, shortages, or overloads of shipments and/or insurance. Oversees the dispatch of Imports and Exports and ensures compliance with regulations.
