As a supervisor in our reception team you will be responsible for leading a small team of colleagues and ensuring that our guests receive an unforgettable experience. Your tasks will include: - Managing a team of 3-4 colleagues - Ensuring a smooth operation of the reception desk - Providing excellent customer service - Handling guest requests and complaints - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the reception area - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, has strong leadership skills and is able to motivate their team to achieve our high standards. You should have a good understanding of German and English, as well as experience in the hospitality industry.
