SUPERVISOR - PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor, Practice Development to join our Learning, Excellence and Innovation Academy Directorate to support the delivery, enhancement, and continuous improvement of workforce learning and development initiatives. In this senior-level role, you will play a key role in driving workforce capability by leading innovative programs and projects across all areas of child protection practice within DCP. Essential Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work or related field; or equivalent experience. Desirable Qualifications: Master's degree in Education, Social Work or related field. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of workforce learning and development initiatives across all areas of child protection practice within DCP; Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff on workforce learning and development strategies and initiatives; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize workforce learning and development needs; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal partners and external organizations; Analyze data and trends to inform the design and delivery of workforce learning and development initiatives; Provide coaching and mentoring support to managers and staff on workforce learning and development strategies and initiatives.
