Main functions
Selection and training of personnel according to the requested profiles.
Training of new and current promoters, as well as support in training sales floor personnel.
Development and assignment of promoter routes together with the KAM.
Development of the monthly store visit calendar.
Coordination of documentation and promoter onboarding.
Attendance and incident control.
Monitoring and reporting of daily and monthly sales.
Store visits for supervision
Punctuality and attendance.
Route compliance.
Uniform and presentation.
Product knowledge.
Planograms.
Labeling and pricing.
Inventories and displays.
Additional displays.
Product mapping.
Supervision of Road Show event setup and dismantling.
Coordination of promoters for events.
Monitoring of restocking, pricing, promotions, and displays.
Weekly sales monitoring per event.
Competitor analysis, launches, pricing, promotions, and displays.
Reports
Attendance and incidents of the promoter team.
Total sales for bonus calculation.
Weekend sales.
Bi-weekly mapping of retail chains.
Competitor reports, pricing, promotions, and displays.
Photographic support of visits and in-store executions.
Offer
Net salary 16,000 monthly.
Bonuses up to 7,000 monthly according to objectives.
Base location World Trade Center, CDMX.
Availability is required for weekly routes for promoter supervision, training, and negotiation of in-store spaces.
