Job description
- Responsibility for daily operations and ensuring a smooth service flow
- Orienting and motivating new employees
- Participation in achieving company goals, such as revenue and customer satisfaction
- Support with administrative and organizational tasks (procurement, orders, inventory, logistics, scheduling)
- Conducting annual inventories
- Maintaining and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene regulations
- Availability from Monday to Sunday, working hours between 04:00 and 22:00 hours
- Flexibility for shift work
- A 2-month training program, where you will work closely with the service team, learn our way of working, and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to develop into a DO & CO Supervisor.
