As Assistant Manager at KwikFit

As Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operations of the branch in the absence of the Manager, and you will also be deployed on the workshop. Your tasks will be as follows:

• You are responsible for the 'slow-fit' or 'fast-fit' part of the workshop
• You will help out in the workshop during peak moments
• You will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide explanations and advice
• Daily consultation with employees about the day's objectives
• Caring for the workshop planning
• Overview and control of the completed tasks
• Training new colleagues
• Question box for colleagues
