Responsibilities

• Supervise Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems.
• Implement and monitor ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SASISOPA, and Mexican regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage contractors and external personnel.
• Develop emergency response plans and risk analyses.
• Administer processes, policies, objectives, and indicators.
• Establish specific preventive measures for risk control in critical construction activities, such as excavations, working at heights, confined spaces, critical lifts, hot work, and hydrostatic and pneumatic testing.
• Support the development of Hydrocarbon Sector Risk Analyses (ARSH) for new facilities.

Requirements

• Engineering (Petrochemical, Chemical, Mechanical), degree indispensable.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in Oil & Gas (pipelines, construction, or operation).
• Knowledge of Mexican legislation and relations with agencies such as CRE, SENER, ASEA.
• Availability for occasional travel.
• Valid driver's license.
• Important to have availability for relocation according to the project.
