Housekeeping Supervisor Join our small, efficient, and ambitious team at our new hotel in Vienna We are looking for a motivated and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management of the housekeeping department, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your duties will include: • Supervising and coordinating the work of the housekeeping team • Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed • Developing and implementing cleaning procedures and protocols • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and management • Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge • Performing other duties as required.
