We’re currently seeking an experienced High Pressure Supervisor in Sarnia, ON. This position will lead frontline operations, ensure strict safety compliance, and deliver results under demanding conditions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Follows and ensures compliance to all company policies and procedures
- Monitors projects to ensure job completion in an efficient, cost effective, and most importantly, safe manner
- Act as the main point of contact for all industrial cleaning crews and client contacts onsite Provide leadership and direction to employees by ensuring that employees understand CEDA’s vision for the future
- Coordinate manpower and equipment requirements
- Ensure safety for all team members
- Respond to emergencies as required that can occur outside of your shift schedule
- Provide quality services to our clients
- Work as part of a team and follow direction from management
- Other duties as assigned
Role Specifications
- 1-3 years’ in a leadership role is required
- 3-5 years operating a high pressure pumps and tooling is required
- Experience with Vacuum equipment would be an asset
- Mechanically inclined with a working knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment
- Valid Class G driver's licence is required, Class AZ or DZ driver’s licence is preferred
- Clean and current driver's abstract (less than 5 demerits in the last 3 years)
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- BSO or Common Safety Orientation certification required
- Having First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance, Fall Protection and Confined Space certification would be a significant asset
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment
- Enjoy working outdoors even in harsh weather conditions
- You have a natural ability to lead crews where you can share a laugh, do the challenging work and get the job done safely
