General Production Supervisor

Job Description:
- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring that work is delegated appropriately and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate activities to meet production programs, focusing on quality requirements and efficiency.
- Lead and develop operational personnel through training, tutoring, and orientation.
- Implement and maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support the Bosch Production System, Continuous Improvement initiatives, and deployment of policies.
- Manage labor scheduling, overtime approval, and attendance reports using SAP systems.
- Lead and participate in daily management meetings, ensuring effective communication between shifts.
- Supervise and improve key performance indicators, such as quality, costs, productivity, machine activity time, and personnel rotation.
- Ensure compliance with quality tools and programs, including the 14 basic quality principles, process audits, and problem-solving techniques.
- Supervise inventory management and production tracking using SAP and other relevant systems.
