Supervisor - Food Production Industry

Hire Resolve's client is a leading food production company in the Western Cape, seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee their daily operations. Responsibilities: Managing store in the absence of the Manager or alternating shifts with the Manager Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas Establish or identify prices, goods, services admission, or optical price scanners Deal with customers' complaints and provide information on policies and procedures Liaise with internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Requirements: Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Experience working in the food production industry or a related field is essential.
