Sales Supervisor — Feirão dos Calçados
North Island, Florianópolis/SC | On-site
The store Feirão dos Calçados is hiring a Sales Supervisor to work at the North Island store!
What you will do:
Hiring and firing of the sales team
Monitor and enforce sales targets
Monitor customer service and performance, with a focus on team training
Monitor store opening and closing
Resolve day-to-day operational demands
Assist with the general organization of the store
What we are looking for:
✅ Previous experience in sales
✅ Experience in people management
✅ Experience in retail
✅ Proactive, organized profile with good leadership skills
Job details:
Business hours, Monday to Saturday
Salary and commission to be agreed upon
Transportation voucher
On-site position — store in the north of Florianópolis island
