About the position:

Position: Tele-service Supervisor

Schedule: availability of hours

Salary: R$ 2,935.00

Location: Av. Getúlio Vargas, nº 430, Rebouças – Curitiba/PR

Model: 5x2 - 100% in-person - with fixed days off during the week and 1 guaranteed Sunday per month.

Activities: Supervise calls and service dialogues established between callers and operators; Promote direct listening to services, with random scans of Service Positions (PA’s), aiming to maintain service standards and apply feedback; Management of schedules, breaks, days off, and substitutions; Daily management of attendant timekeeping; Organize and distribute daily tasks among operators; Communication with Operations Chiefs responsible for COPOM, when additional information is needed about an occurrence in the dispatch process; Communicate any problems related to the Service Position (PA’s) occupancy plan to the coordinator; Control of performance indicators and compliance with internal regulations; Intercept calls and handle them when necessary, due to possible difficulties of the operators; Have skill in conflict mediation.
