Steward Supervisor
Job description
What will you do?
- Makes sure that work areas and equipment are clean and in order, and that there is a controlled supply of materials to ensure efficient service.
- Conducts bi-monthly inventories of operational equipment at all sales points to ensure control over wear and tear and losses.
- Sends requests for cleaning supplies and other materials in the minimum quantity to prevent waste and misuse.
- Schedules daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning of food production points and equipment.
- Makes sure that hygiene and sanitation standards are observed in all areas, including the employee cafeteria.
- Supervises the consumption of chemicals in all machines and washing areas.
- Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
