What will be your mission?
As a Systems Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the technological operation in our offices and Boutiques. You will provide technical support, manage IT infrastructure, and lead key projects that directly impact the efficiency of our business.
Main responsibilities:
- Office infrastructure support
- Hardware and software technical support for Boutiques
- Project leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, and technology project coordination
- Knowledge of networks, system administration, and computer hardware
- Ability to provide end-user support with a focus on service
- Availability to attend incidents and travel occasionally
- Desirable knowledge of point-of-sale and ERP systems
- Advanced English
Location: CDMX - Offices in Santa Fe
- Availability to provide support in stores nationwide
