Service Supervisor

Transnational leader company in Air Conditioning systems with cutting-edge technology and global presence, we are looking to integrate into our team a Service Supervisor in Cancun. Job objective: Ensure customer satisfaction, as well as maintain and grow the installed base of customers through good management, execution, and delivery of projects assigned to the area. Expand or expand coverage of the service area for better customer attention. Required profile: Engineer with experience in air conditioning systems, preferably with a degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software is an asset. Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is also desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience in the air conditioning industry, preferably with a focus on commercial or industrial applications. Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to air conditioning systems is required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Willingness to travel within the assigned area for project-related activities.
