Service Supervisor

Leading global company in Air Conditioning systems with cutting-edge technology and global presence, we are looking to integrate into our team a Service Supervisor León Objective of the position: Ensure customer satisfaction, as well as maintain and grow the installed base of customers through good management, execution, and delivery of projects assigned to the area. Expand or expand coverage of the service area for better customer attention. Required profile: Engineer with experience in air conditioning systems, preferably with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software is an asset. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is also desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, customer service, and team leadership. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
