Sell Out Supervisor | Southern Region

Job Description

The Prestige Sell Out Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring, through the team of BAs, the consolidation of our execution and the advancement of our brand experience at POS, ensuring sales growth and the advancement of our strategies in a given Southern Region.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead Coty Prestige's Sell Out structure with regional coverage, being responsible for achieving its indicators.
• Manage Coty's Beauty Advisor team regionally, ensuring their training and engagement in pursuit of objectives.
• Ensure the fulfillment of the route defined in alignment with trade.
• Align with trade areas on plans and priorities, having clarity of the strategy for correct deployment to the team.
• Map in-store the execution level of all pillars (portfolio, price, planogram, and activations) and work with Coty teams and clients for evolution according to the respective brand guideline.
• Connect with the commercial team, pointing out opportunities for stock replenishment and portfolio development, activations, displays, etc.
• Control all Sell Out tools provided (gifts, campaigns, activations, Freelancer team) to extract maximum efficiency from them (activate the right brand, in the right channel, potentiating planned Sell Out).
• Identify team development and training needs (Coty/client) and align training priorities with the training team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Availability to be based in Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, or Balneário Camboriú;
• Advanced Excel;
• Basic English;
• Degree: Business Administration/Advertising/Engineering;
• Possess a driver's license (CNH B);
• Excellent teamwork skills and aptitude for working with organizational peers (channel trade/sales);
• Strategic business vision;
• Field team management is paramount;
• Execution, demand prioritization, and sense of urgency;
• Previous experience with sales/trade marketing in areas/companies with strong in-store activations and experiences;

Additional Information

• The professional will be expected to act dynamically with a hybrid schedule between planning and field work (85% field and 15% administrative);
• Travel availability is required;
