Security Supervisor

Join our team as a Security Supervisor at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Director of Security. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that standard operating procedures are respected, as well as those described in the Internal Labor Regulations and the norms of good coexistence among different departments of the Hotel, with emphasis on security procedures to avoid losses and prevent workplace accidents.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our talent always finds new ways to care for the business, its guests, and its team members. The key responsibilities for this position are:

• Hold daily meetings with your shift and ensure that security officials are aware of information related to hotel operation.
• Conduct tours of different areas of the hotel, identifying and correcting vulnerable areas, unsafe conditions or unsafe acts.
• Support departments as needed, in an operational aspect, to optimize service to guests.
• Coordinate operational strategies to cover critical access points and operational points within the property.
  
• Maintain a professional and friendly ethical conduct towards family members, guests, owners, and suppliers.
