Security Supervisor

Job Description

• Register all details of incidents and events during the shift in written reports.
• Know the location of all firefighting equipment and be able to carry out effective evacuation procedures.
• Knowledge and adherence to all security policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Serve as an additional response line for employees if a guest or staff member is involved in a security-related incident.
• Assist the Police and other Government Agencies in relation to any investigation.
• Seek guidance from the Shift Manager and/or Security Manager when necessary.
• Be involved and be a leader among hotel brigades.
• Maintain a positive attitude and pay attention to details throughout the shift.
• Maintain calm during peak activity periods to perform work efficiently and ask for help when needed.
• Perform any other reasonable task assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• We recognize that we are in the hospitality industry, which may require us to provide lateral service. Occasionally, we will request each team member to perform various tasks related to their role as necessary, in order to provide exceptional customer service. Control the night hours, days and/or extra hours of staff under your charge.
