Security Supervisor

Fluor & Energy Materials, a company of Orbia, is seeking a Security Supervisor to work at Mina las Cuevas, San Luis Potosí, Mexico! Job summary/ Purpose: To execute and supervise standardized implementation of work plans and safety and health activities, based on corporate policies, procedures, and programs of the Loss Prevention System Management System, in order to ensure the reduction and/or elimination of workplace risks, achieving the objectives of the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Orbia's HSE policies and procedures. This includes conducting regular inspections and audits, investigating incidents, and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Additionally, the Security Supervisor will provide training and guidance to employees on safety and health protocols, as well as participate in emergency response planning and drills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with experience in implementing and maintaining effective safety programs.
