Occupational Safety Supervisor

Requirements

• Graduation in Engineering with a Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety (national qualification to practice the function);
• Proven experience as head of internal and external occupational safety services.
• Experience with the implementation of Occupational Safety and Environment management systems and/or Project Leadership in the area;
• Experience with NRs (Regulatory Norms);
• Experience with clients in the logistics sector (will be a differential);
• Experience in people management and development, training application, bringing energy, direction, and experience to help solve challenges;
• Knowledge of Google Office, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Looker Studio systems (will be a differential);

Activities:

• Elaborate procedures, standards, norms, and work instructions for service development at client sites;
• Identify legal and client requirements and integrate them into operational documents;
• Train and qualify supervisors and analysts of the operational safety team;
• Define and elaborate safety indicators, service management, and implement improvement plans;
• Advise supervisors and safety technicians on risks, controls, and actions to ensure compliance with client norms;
• Advise the client on regulatory compliance and legal requirements;
• Conduct management and service norm compliance audits according to the annual audit plan requirements;
• Analyze strategic indicators, proposing actions;
• Management of work teams, task control, schedules, and travel;
• Management of the implementation schedule and service level agreements.
