Job description

Execute and follow up on Human Resources processes within the assigned work centers, ensuring the correct implementation of company policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding talent attraction, personnel administration, training, and labor relations, providing timely and quality service to collaborators and operational leaders.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and ensure the onboarding of new team members through the execution of induction processes and hiring kits.
  • Administer and keep the organizational structure of the assigned work centers updated, managing plantilla movements, position creation and updates, reclassifications, organizational changes, and reporting structures, as well as user administration and correct subordinate assignment, ensuring the integrity and updating of organizational information.
  • Record, validate, and follow up on personnel incidents in the corresponding systems, including vacations, leaves, disabilities, absences, and other personnel administration-related movements.
  • Timely manage personnel termination processes, including voluntary resignations, contract terminations, and separations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate and follow up on processes related to work-related risks and social security, including the correct preparation and management of forms before the corresponding authorities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and provide information related to Human Resources indicators, payroll incidents, productivity, and other reports required for decision-making and the achievement of operational objectives.
  • Provide service and advice to team members and leaders, resolving doubts and offering guidance regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, and services.
  • Receive, channel, and follow up on requirements, inspections, summons, and requests from labor or social security authorities, coordinating their attention with the involved areas.
  • Supervise and promote compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, corporate policies, and applicable labor provisions, contributing to maintaining an orderly work environment aligned with the organizational culture.
  • Follow up on turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, discipline, and work climate indicators, proposing and implementing actions that contribute to the stability and productivity of the operation.


Requirements:


  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
  • Knowledge of general human resources processes (payroll, pre-payroll, personnel administration, and labor relations).
  • ERP management.
  • Basic-intermediate Excel knowledge.
  • Availability to travel (occasional activity)
