Room Service Supervisor

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of all guests and users assigned to their supervision.

• Supervise, guide, and support waiters, minibar attendants, and other collaborators in the Food and Beverage Division.
• Create a safe environment for our clients and collaborators.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and departmental standards.
• Cultivate and develop all collaborators based on current standards.
• Collaborate in the selection of optimal candidates to ensure the best collaborators.
• Represent the IRD Manager in their absence.
• Manage the budget properly by monitoring overtime hours, average checks, and related expenses.
• Protect hotel assets.
• Maximize services, romantic dinners, and increase business in all consumption centers.
• Maximize sales per call to meet daily check averages.
• Inventories control for minibar products. Controls to prevent product waste.
• Daily cover control.
• Maintain ethical standards and lead by example.
• Motivate collaborators to achieve departmental and hotel objectives.
• Create a healthy organizational climate, promoting motivation, participation, teamwork, and opportunities for collaborators in the department and hotel.
• Cultivate and develop all collaborators based on continuous feedback and evaluations.
