Production Supervisor

What will you do?

Lead and develop the operational floor team, including unionized personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and CPP metrics.
Track performance indicators (OEE, downtime, waste).
Manage personnel: shifts, overtime, coverages, and leaves of absence.
Participate in the identification and solution of root cause problems.
Intermediate level Excel skills.

What are we looking for?

3 years of experience in the production area (Food sector).
Experience in continuous improvement.
Completed degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
Availability to rotate through 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
