Job description
- In search of a responsible person to lead key collaborators in valve block production (Production Leader, technical and operational personnel), coordinate necessary resources to achieve production objectives, as well as provide support to maintain and improve systems related to the operational process on the machining floor at Aumovio Las Colinas Plant.
- Ensure safety conditions on the production floor, compliance with applicable procedures, operational discipline in accordance with requirements applicable to the campus/area of machining, as well as maintaining synergy with the multi-functional team to achieve production objectives.
- Support technical and operational personnel in machining activities, facilitate employee evaluation, training requirement management, process escalation tracking, as well as identifying continuous improvement activities in valve block machining.
- Ensure quality of information related to applicable productive indicators.
