Production Supervisor

Requirements for the position:

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector, desirable experience in the automotive sector.
• Leadership: Proven experience in supervising work groups of more than 50 people.
• Skills: Leadership, proactivity, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Availability to rotate shifts.

Knowledge:

• Poka-yokes, ANDON systems, and Kaizen.
• Root cause analysis tools: Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D's, DMAIC.
• Time and motion studies.
• 5S.
• Visual management: kanban, whiteboards, traffic lights.
• Indicators: OEE, productivity, SCRAP.

Objective of the position:

Maintain the safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency of the assigned area in accordance with established procedures, guiding and assisting your work team with good guidance and direction based on Fluidmaster's leadership values.
