Job Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Coordinate production activities to meet production schedules and deadlines. Monitor and control production costs. Identify and resolve production problems. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Train and develop production staff.
