Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate production resources assigned in an efficient manner, aligning with support areas such as quality, engineering, logistics, new project development, maintenance, HR, and required support in production to achieve defined objectives for the plant and corporate.
- Manage and coordinate operational human factor, average of 65 variable people.
- Ensure that products are manufactured on time, quality, and cost
- Earnsure that finished products are manufactured in correct quantities, according to production schedule.
- Identify deviations related to production schedules and take corrective actions.
- Assign human factor based on demand released by logistics.
- Earnsure timely transfer of finished products to the warehouse with adequate retroloading in system (SAP).
- Earnsure that there are no inventory differences in your area of responsibility.
- Earnsure product/process change management.
- Manage resources during shift (material/persons/equipment)
- Prioritize activities to manage existing workload (e.g., operation execution)
- Monitor and enforce given restrictions applicable (e.g. EHS; Internal Regulation; ...)
- Coadjuvate in disciplinary measures regarding your team
- Support teambuilding and relationship within the team
- Evaluate and develop the team, teach and train, in terms of knowledge/specifications/capabilities and required behavior
- Earnsure required training and qualification/certification for the function
- Line leader in deviation management
- Manage payroll incident process for variable personnel under your charge for correct payment
