Guindaste Post-Sales Supervisor

Objective of the Job: Supervise post-sales operations of Crane Line, ensuring that customers receive adequate support after acquisition, as well as promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities: Supervise the post-sales team, including technicians, assistants, and other collaborators, ensuring that all follow established procedures and standards for customer service; Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services, including equipment inspections and repairs, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime; Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, through effective communication and problem-solving; Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner; Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; Provide guidance and training to team members on post-sales processes and procedures; Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
