Logistics Operations Supervisor
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the operations of receiving, sorting, moving, shipping, and transferring cargo;
- Ensure the fulfillment of operational, productivity, quality, and service level indicators;
- Manage operational teams, distributing activities and monitoring performance;
- Monitor logistics flows and ensure compliance with internal procedures;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement aiming for gains in operational efficiency;
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports;
- Ensure the correct use of operational resources, equipment, and structures;
- Act in problem-solving and handling operational deviations;
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations;
- Work together with the Transport, Planning, Security, and Human Resources areas.
Requirements
- Completed Higher Education in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related areas;
- Experience with team management in logistics operations, distribution centers, or carriers;
- Knowledge of operational indicators and performance management;
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Leadership, organization, and decision-making profile;
- Availability for in-person work;
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI and WMS/TMS systems.
Location: Guarulhos/SP | 100% In-person
Regime: CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho - Brazilian Labor Laws)
