Operations Supervisor
Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Lead production operations, raw material receiving, and finished product shipping;
- Manage teams, promoting development, feedback, safety culture, and focus on results;
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs, OEE, productivity, losses, equipment efficiency, and availability);
- Act in conjunction with Production Planning and Control (PCP) and Maintenance in planning operations and preventive, corrective, and predictive interventions;
- Ensure asset reliability and support continuous improvement projects, cost reduction, and operational efficiency increase;
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, audit standards, and operational procedures;
- Promote integration between Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and other support areas.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Engineering;
- Experience in people management, industrial production, and maintenance;
- Experience with performance indicators, continuous improvement, and process management;
- Knowledge of industrial projects and asset reliability management;
- Experience in the food industry;
- Experience with quality audits and ISO standards;
- Intermediate English will be considered a differential.
