Operations Supervisor Guadalajara

¿With whom will you work? You will work closely with the teams in Guadalajara and Torreón, who are distinguished by their broad technical knowledge and excellent service attitude, who have as their final goal to provide the best maintenance service for locomotives to their main clients. ¿How will you make a difference? The Operations Supervisor is responsible for defined tasks or projects of moderate complexity. In this role, he/she will follow an individual work plan, meet deadlines, and ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards. He/She will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling the execution of tasks and projects, as well as providing guidance and support to team members. ¿What skills do you need? The ideal candidate should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field. He/She should also have knowledge of maintenance procedures, quality control, and safety regulations. ¿What benefits will you get?
