Works Supervisor – Reverse Osmosis Plant (Isla Mujeres)
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum experience of 3 years supervising electromechanical, hydraulic, or infrastructure works related to treatment plants or reverse osmosis.
- Knowledge in the construction and assembly of reverse osmosis equipment, pumping systems, process piping, filtration equipment, and civil works.
- Interpretation of civil, mechanical, and electrical plans.
- Knowledge in estimations, construction logs, and progress control.
- Management of contractors and site personnel.
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Must reside in Isla Mujeres.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of civil, hydraulic, and electromechanical works for the reverse osmosis plant.
- Coordinate contractor activities and verify compliance with the works program.
- Ensure that work is executed in accordance with plans, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Follow up on the assembly of equipment, piping, pumping systems, and interconnections.
- Verify compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare physical and documentary progress reports.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of the installations.
