MEP Installation Supervisor

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a MEP installation supervisor specialized in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, responsible for overseeing the correct execution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and special systems on site. This position is crucial to ensure that our high technical and design standards are met in the project, within budget, schedule, and technical specifications established. We seek a proactive person with great attention to detail, solid technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to relate with contractors, designers, construction engineers, and internal teams.
• Supervise the on-site execution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, data/voice, and special systems installations.
• Ensure that all installations comply with technical plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervise progress, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Attend site meetings, report on progress, technical needs, and incidents.
• Validate project estimates, physical progress reports, and financial documentation.
• Resolve technical issues on site and propose viable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and internal protocols.
• Maintain a fluid communication with designers, engineers, supervisors, and project managers.
Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role on construction projects.
• Previous experience in luxury residential, hotel, or high-end projects.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and local relevant regulations.
• Competence in reading and interpreting multidisciplinary technical plans.
• Great attention to detail with solid skills for project execution and problem-solving. • Collaborative mindset with a practical and responsible attitude.
• Reside in Baja California Sur or be willing to relocate.
• Familiarity with software desired: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Office Suite.
