Construction Supervisor, Finishes

Supervision and follow-up of interior and exterior finishing works, coordinating installers and contractors and verifying the correct execution of the works, quality and final details of the construction. FUNCTIONS Supervise and coordinate interior and exterior finishing works. Follow up on the installation of windows, doors, and coverings. Supervise works related to sanitary and electrical elements. Supervision of the placement of bathroom furniture and sanitary accessories. Coordinate and supervise installers, contractors, and construction personnel. Verify the correct execution and quality of finishing works. Review details and pending items of the construction to ensure a correct final presentation. Verify that the works are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and established finishes. Follow up on progress and pending items of the construction. Review estimates and quantity take-offs related to finishing works. Prepare progress and construction follow-up reports. Coordinate the correction of details and pending works with contractors and installers. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience in construction and finishes supervision. Experience in interior and exterior finishes. Knowledge of windows, doors, and coverings. Knowledge of sanitary and electrical works and details. Experience in supervision and coordination of installers and contractors. Proficiency in handling and interpreting construction plans and specifications. Proficiency in Neodata and/or OPUS is desirable. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge in the preparation and review of estimates and quantity take-offs. Knowledge of budgets and unit price analysis. Experience in construction progress control and follow-up. Organization, responsibility, and follow-up skills. Availability to work in the field.
