Maintenance Supervisor – Critical Environments

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with solid experience in critical environments, such as data centers, hospitals, or industries, to act strategically and operationally. The professional will be responsible for leading teams, planning and scheduling maintenance, as well as ensuring the continuity and safety of operations.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities in critical environments.
  • Lead and schedule technical teams, ensuring adherence to routines, deadlines, and safety standards.
  • Act directly on industrial air conditioning systems (chillers) and other critical operational systems.
  • Prepare and monitor technical and administrative reports, indicators, and action plans.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contracts, and technical leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, internal procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Support maintenance planning and the organization of team activities.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building or industrial maintenance in critical environments (data center, hospital, or industry).
  • Experience in leading technical teams and maintenance scheduling.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems (chillers).
  • Intermediate Office Suite (Excel, Word, and reporting).
  • Organized, communicative profile with administrative vision.
  • More in-depth administrative experience (management of reports, controls, and indicators).
  • Experience with maintenance contracts and supplier management.
