Maintenance Supervisor

Summary of work: Collaborate with maintenance, cleaning and repair of the manufacturing plant and distribution center. Supervise and maintain equipment and machinery in excellent condition to continuously improve operations. Complete preventive maintenance activities and physical maintenance requests. Responsible for the battery recharging process, ensuring that the fleet of material handling equipment (MHE) is operational at each shift. Realize and implement improvements in processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Perform other duties as required.
